
Our classes come in an exciting variety of levels and types that will keep your mind, body, and fitness routine well-rounded. Whatever you’re in the mood for, we have a class for that! These classes are available in Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as via livestream and Barre 2 Barre Online Studio.

BARRE MIXED
Our classic barre class! Our Barre Mixed class perfectly blends classical techniques from dance (ballet), the mind/body aspect of yoga, and the precision and core integration of Pilates. This is a great class if you are new to barre.

EXPRESS BARRE MIXED
The best class to develop your barre technique while building strength, stability, and stamina. Think ballet-infused, strength and cardio training in a studio setting with the best playlists & barre crew to help get you through the jelly-leg-inducing muscle burn. This class is great for all fitness levels! EXPRESS packs all the punch of our regular class in 45 minutes.

BARRE FIRE
You will be introduced to the format, alignment, and movements of Fire (our most advanced class) at the intensity of our Mixed Level class, to help build the stamina and foundation for you to move to the next level.

BARRE + SUSPENSION
With the added resistance from suspension straps, your favourite BarreAmped exercises will feel new and different. A great way to keep shaking up your workout and learn new ways to challenge your mind and body. We recommend you attend at least 5 classes prior.

BARRE BOOTCAMP
This mixed levels class uses the foundation of BarreAmped combined with cardio intervals (1-2 minutes long). This program relies on high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training. This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels and will shake up your workout!

BARRE + PILATES
This effective class combines the Pilates principles of core stability, mind-body awareness, mobility, and postural alignment with the classic barre techniques that make you shake and burn! This class is an enjoyable and challenging session that tones, lengthens and strengthens the body. This class will help you build a strong foundation for beautiful movement and great posture.

BARRE MAMA : PRE & POST NATAL
We welcome new mums to this safe and effective workout! This class is tailored to help build strength, stamina, and flexibility pre-and post-partum. Expect a full-body workout where you will be challenged (at the right level) and encouraged to work on your pelvic and spinal stability while strengthening your deep abdominals. This will help you maintain your physical fitness while working on strength in the areas you will need it most as a mum. Prerequisite: Please provide written consent from your doctor before your first class.

BARRE BOUNCE
An intense and challenging collection of classic barre routines done on a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline. The trampoline creates a dynamic surface, provides the stable support of the added “barre” (handlebar), and becomes a cardio machine. Barre exercises performed on the trampoline speed up the shake and the fun!

BARRE POWER STRETCH
This isn’t just a stretch class. The POWER comes from all your fave BarreAmped exercises, seamlessly combined to get you flowing through each movement, and building up to that barre burn you crave. Each series is capped off with deep, juicy stretching – held for a longer period. You will work and stretch from head to toe in this stress-relieving & toning, mind-body barre class.

Everything you love about Barre 2 Barre studio classes, tailored for small spaces and translated into a fun and effective home workout. Equipment is optional, though light weights and a ball are recommended for added challenge and dimension.
