Angela is an example of how anyone can transform themselves. She was neither sporty in school nor big on exercise, save for the occasional run. One day, stress build-up at work pushed her to go for a run to release some tension. The endorphin high kept her going back once a week, then twice a week, then thrice a week. One thing led to another, and she found herself showing up for pilates, HIIT, resistance training, and of course, barre.
The mindful movement, the energy, and the music kept Angela returning to the barre. She always feels like she can take on the world after a good barre class. And she wants to give you that feeling too! Angela hopes to bring strength, confidence and big smiles to people through movement.
Outside of the studio, you can spot Angela sipping on extra hot long blacks during the day, and having tete-a-tetes over chardonnay when night falls.
