Liz fell in love with the Barre 2 Barre studio after her first class 2015; she loves how the Barre 2 Barre classes give her a good workout and still make her feel refreshed after. The 45 minutes barre session sound short but is more than enough for a full body strengthening and toning session! She feels stronger and more confident when she comes for barre classes regularly. The stretching sessions at the end of each session also help her to unwind, relax and focus on the day ahead!
