With over 5 years of Pilates practice, Jal understands that the essence of exercise lies in the mind, body awareness and proper alignment to reap the full benefits of each movement. Jal began her barre fitness 2 years ago, which brought her to Barre 2 Barre Singapore. With every BarreAmped class she took, Jal felt stronger, ran faster, and activated muscles she had never worked before. Driven by this passion, Jal’s fitness journey infuses the value of pace and precision.
Outside her daily grind, Jal focuses on living her best life with her loved ones and two cats. Don’t judge her by her exterior, she indulges in art, food and architecture.
