Joyce is enthusiastic about all things which promote spinal health, alongside body strength and mobility.
She first tried out barre fitness at the Barre 2 Barre studio in 2019 and was immediately wowed the efficiency of the BarreAmped® method: What looked like easy and tiny movements done with the barre could actually be so challenging!
Besides barre, Joyce’s fitness routine also includes Yoga and rebounding. Joyce is also student of the Argentine Tango dance form and she has observed how barre fitness — through its total body conditioning effect and spinal alignment focus — has enhanced her movement quality in the dance.
