Woan is an avid fan of the barre movement and have been practicing barre as a student for 7 years in SG and LA, which kickstarted her fitness journey. Working in tech by day, she incorporates other types of fitness such as strength, HIIT, boxing into it as well and Barre completes the holistic piece to the routine! Due to her love of wearing heels regularly for years and suffering a bad back for it, she resonates the most with the BarreAmped method that has helped fix her spine and improve overall mobility.
She loves scuba diving and tries to find time to go on a dive trip at least twice a year. In her free time, she searches for good music and good food. She is always down for a good wine session too!
