Yenny believes in constant movement with a positive state of mind to attain better health. She enjoys learning from Master Trainers around the world with all her travels, and returns to share her accumulated experiences with her class.
Yenny started her barre journey around 2017. After a minor car accident, she looked into alternative fitness (she used to perform street jazz and kickboxing). Pilates helped re-work her spinal mobility. She pursued Barre as a mind body practice during her Pilates Teacher Training and became an avid Barre student (and now teacher!) to purely enjoy the ‘shake’ even until now!
Yenny is also a Dance and Pilates Prehab Instructor since 2015 with international performances and choreography across Asia. The main emphasis is on character development and motivation for anyone to pursue their interest in powering up their well-being in spite of the daily struggles with mental, environmental and physical stress.
